Returns and refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, however, some guidelines are generally applicable to returned items. Items may be returned if they are:
-Damaged during shipping. Accidents happen, we understand. Photographs of damaged goods and packaging help speed things up.
OR
-The wrong items. If we make a mistake, we'll take care of it and get you what you ordered at no additional cost.
